2. Product Disclaimer

PixelForge 3D manufactures exclusively non-functional replicas.

• Products are not real weapons.
• Intended for display and cosplay.
• Illegal or harmful use is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are indicated in EUR (€).
• Payment is required in full before production begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable materials.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship globally using trusted partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx).

• Standard processing: 2-3 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
• Customs duties for non-EU orders are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

We guarantee the quality of our 3D prints.

• 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery date.
• Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless defective.
• Contact support to initiate a return process.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on PixelForge 3D, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activities under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixelForge 3D is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wels, Austria.
